This post marks the end of Yttrius; the end of an era, the end of a failure. Nobody is to blame, though we all played our part. No grudges should be held, no vendettas formed. We move on. Some of the guys have formed their own band: Sociopathica. I heard them today and they are good, I wish them luck with their endeavors. I shall be forming my own video game tribute band, which you are all welcome to join.
Goodbye Yttrius. You may have never become anything more than a dream, but you were one hell of a ride.

okay guys, we got a little situation here. in case you didn't already know, Marshall, Jack, Danny, and I have started a new band. since jack is going to be gone for pretty much the rest of the summer, starting friday, we want to have as much sociopathica practice as possible before then. so, that means monday is a sociopathica day...as well as wednesday and possibly thursday. but, we could move yttrius to tuesday.
we don't mean to just blatantly blow it off, but we're really on a roll in sociopathica. we were thinking that you guys might want to see what we're talking about by coming to the sociopathica practice tomorrow. we can introduce you to the band. all yttrius and former yttrius members are welcome to come. just drop by action jackson's at 7:30 and it will end at 9. yeah, sociopathica practices go late. i'm hoping you guys show up.

guess what, i just sort of showed up at jewfro's house and he wasn't there. i met his really nice parents and they said he was visiting a friend in florida. bottom line, he's not gonna be back till sunday, so... the drum-off is postponed until monday when we have practice at acjack's. we're still having practice though.

okay, the satan-mobile holds 8 (incuding driver) in its berth but holds 5 and a shit-load of gear if that option need be. basically, we could load almost everyone and have a gear car, or we could have some and carry all the amps or something.
i am currently in the process of planning another band cottage trip. if you're new, ask any of the old members, the last one was awesome. it was where we made the michigan stupidity video. anyways, we need some parents to agree to come up with us so that we can drive up all the people and stuff. i was thinkin that the people with the best cars for the trip are marshall, adam, and danny. i don't know what kind of cars acjack and jewfro have, but their parents don't know my parents, so it wouldn't matter anyways.
so far, the only possible date i've come up with that would include devin too (we probably want him there to help with recording stuff and shooting videos) would be the weekend of the 14th. but in order for it to work, we would need at least three fairly large cars. minivans, suvs, and station wagons are good.
my example transport roster is like this. it would have to change around some if people's familys want to come too. the weekend of the 14th is fathers day, so any family is welcome to come. it could be a father's day vacation or something.

this was actually a comment, but i thought it was worthy of being a post.
there may be a couple days of the week that i won't be able to go to because my parents don't want to cart my stuff around to eveyones houses. i'm actually working on a plan to solve the stuff problem though. i'm thinkin that maybe the person who's house band practice is at the next day can bring whoever's stuff needs to brought over to their house home with them. for example, after we have band practice at danny's house, i can bring danny's bass, whatever drum kit we used, and anything else back home with me, so its already at my house the next day.
if you can come to a band practice at my house post by 12 pm tomorrow, if only a few people can come i probably won't have it.

Guess what guys, a lot more people have been finding out about us and are looking to join. You didn't think Action Jackson would be the only one did you? Some of the rest of us, and I think you know who I'm talking about, need to step it up a notch in order to bat down the competition. And since I'm posting this message, you should know to step it up now.
Obviously, the original list isn't up yet. That's because I am currently working on a spry tab thing to put in the place of the current list, but I want to perfect before I put it on so that it doesn't screw anything up. Devin's been working on some spry for the main website, (the about us page, to be exact) but it looks like crap and it just glitches the whole thing up. If I can't fix the glitches, I just won't put it on.
Band practice is Thursday at Adam's house. Everyone should be there with their stuff at 4:00, and should be tuned, set up, and ready to play at 4:15. Paint It Black, Hang On, and I Am Ahab.

After everybody except me, Acjack, and Danny left from band practice, we sort of made a new song that we could probably put the cannibalistic viking song to. So far, it only has one part that can be changed around in a couple ways and played with a really frickin' long solo. Seriously, the three of us were sitting there for like twenty minutes playing this thing. I'll write some more parts to it and mybe once marshall hears everything, he can finish the vocals. I can probably have some stuff by next weekend.
Also, we need to make another set list of all our original songs. I can work on something and show it to you guys, and I'll try to finalize all the songs I wrote and post up some tabs or whatever.
By the way, I think that last band practice at my house went really well. The setup that we had would be great for our next basement video. If we did it there, we could just use one stationary camera and get all of us in the shot, as opposed to the Johnnycam and the moving camera in Adam's basement.

okay just so everyone knows, boy scout trips are nowhere near as homoerotic as Nick made them sound (sorry yaoi-fangurls). Scratch what I said before about the whereabouts of band practice. This sunday's band practice will actually be at my house because we can't have it at Adam's, Danny's, or Devin's. Adam's also pissed that I scheduled band practice at his house on a day he didn't approve, and I thought that I should let you know because he posted an entry about it. I deleted it because it was about false activities of boy scouts.
Also, Acjack, if you could somehow bring your drum kit to my house, that would be great. If not, Johnny will have to bang on metal folding chairs.
Because of the backpacking trip that Danny, Marshall, Michael, and I are going on, this week's band practice has been moved to sunday instead of friday. We were going to try and have it on thursday, but Adam has been spewing chunks all over his house and we decided that it would be better to have it later rather than earlier in order to give Adam's family some time to clean up the puke. Also, this next band practice is going to be a fairly important one because we will pick our fourth current song. Everyone needs to be there.
Since we aren't rescheduling to thursday, computer club is still on. So, show up so I can kill you in half-life

Okay guys, I posted the list on here so you dan't have to keep going back to the email or whatever. We need to add and eliminate songs until we get a good list that we all like. i tried making a poll sort of thing, but it didn't really work. So, just post comments to voice your opinions about the list.
We have band practice on friday at Adam's house starting at 6. We will be playing Hang On, I Am Ahab, and Paint It Black. I'll also show you some new parts that I added to my latest song last night. If you have any stuff to bring, call Adam and ask if you can drop it off today. Because band practice is later than usual, Adam's parents requested that we eat beforehand so that they don't have to feed us. Since it's starting at 6, none of you should have any problems in getting a ride.
I'm just posting to remind anyone that wants to go that computer club is tomorrow. We need more people, the more people there are, the more fun half-life is. Call me or Danny if you want to come but don't know where to go.
